You are more than welcome to provide your own hardware when it comes to performing computer repairs or maintenance. However, you may in fact find it more cost effective to purchase hardware through one of our supplier distribution channels.

For all hardware purchased through Friendly IT, we provide a return to manufacturer warranty as per product terms and conditions. We also provide warranty on our labour, less callout fee, for any issue that remains unresolved.
